How fast will it arrive?
Every order is processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery is same or next day across the UAE, 1–3 days to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain, 3–7 days to Europe and 4–7 days to the US and Canada.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on every order over 300 AED. Below that, the shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. You will get a tracking number by email within 24 hours.
What if it stops working?
Every Nasmati tool is covered against manufacturer defects for one full year. If a fault is confirmed we send a replacement, and the exchange itself is always free.
Who pays shipping on a warranty exchange?
Within the first 15 days of receiving your product, we cover the shipping both ways. After 15 days the exchange is still free and the product is still under warranty — only the shipping is paid by you.
Can I get a refund?
If the order has not reached you yet, you can request a refund of the product price, excluding shipping, taxes and customs. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Used, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.
Will I pay customs or duty?
Any customs, duties or taxes charged by your country are set by them, not by us, and are the customer’s responsibility. They are not included in the price at checkout.
